Mohammed brings multinational experience in real estate investment, development, business planning, engineering consultancy, construction and asset management. His experience spans the UK, Middle East and North Africa, including major mixed-use communities, commercial towers, residential and hospitality developments.

Acquisition, feasibility, funding and structuring, development oversight, leasing, refinancing and exit strategy.

Haydar Hasan

Property sales, marketing and client advisory.

Haydar brings experience in property sales, marketing, consultancy and project management. He has worked with private owners and corporate clients on buying, planning, selling and managing property, with a focus on practical commercial execution and long-term client relationships.

Market positioning, sales strategy, operator relationships, negotiation and leasing.

Nihad Al Hashemi

Construction, contracts and project leadership.

Nihad brings experience across the UK, Middle East and GCC, including around 20 years in London construction. His background covers project leadership, construction delivery, contract administration and commercial risk, from high-rise structures and mixed-use schemes to refurbishment and turnkey projects.

Procurement, contractor coordination, construction risk, programme discipline, cost control and technical execution.
